BOSS 🆚 LEADER
Someone told me you can be a good leader.
But, I thought working like a boss is cool enough.
Than again my mind skipped into different directions.
At last after understanding few points.
I think it's better to be a good leader.
Check Out These Points.
Bosses are often focused on getting the job done,
while leaders tend to focus on developing their team members.
Bosses often have a more hierarchical approach to management,
While leaders tend to be more collaborative.
Jobs with humanity often require leaders who are able to empathize with their team members,
While bosses may not be as attuned to their employees' needs. Finally, bosses may be more concerned with meeting short-term goals,
While leaders tend to focus on long-term growth and success.
The boss might be rude enough but, he/she has a target to achieve to get you paid.
So, Dear Workers or Employees.
Don't hate your boss, try to understand the pressure.
